I am totally appalled with Sony and their products. All devices that I have had in the past six years have all developed the exact same problem with a few months of purchase.  I have just spent eight months trying to get them to accept my latest device was not fit for purpose.  They finally agreed to upgrade my device to compensate for all the hassle I have endured and much to my disbelief provided me with a reconditioned device.  I am furious and will never ever buy another Sony product.
