hi! i have the sony wh-1000xm3 headphones for a while now but somehow i messed with the buttons and now the noise cancelling will not turn on when i'm connecting them to my macbook pro. i've looked up guidelines but they will literally not help. the headphones are barely a year old and i desperately need the noise cancelling function to work. they work fine with my phone, it just wont work on my laptop. help please?

Hoi! ik heb de Sony wh-1000xm3-koptelefoon nu al een tijdje, maar op de een of andere manier heb ik met de knoppen geknoeid en nu gaat de ruisonderdrukking niet aan wanneer ik ze aansluit op mijn macbook pro. ik heb richtlijnen opgezocht, maar ze zullen letterlijk niet helpen. de koptelefoon is amper een jaar oud en ik heb de ruisonderdrukking functie hard nodig om te werken. ze werken prima met mijn telefoon, het werkt gewoon niet op mijn laptop. Help alsjeblieft?
