I forgot my password the wifi doesn't work the google finder app doesn't work and the xperia companion app wants me to unlock my phone to access it very funny

Hi @Ihatesonyxperiaxa2, I am sorry to hear about this.

The way to perform a software repair when you have forgot you screen lock differs a bit from the normal way. If you can't unlock your phone you will need to click on "Software repair" in Xperia Companion without connecting the phone to the computer. After this you should be able to find and tick a checkbox in the bottom left corner next to the text "My device cannot be detected or started, or is a Smartwatch 3", then click "Next".

After this, simply follow the on screen-instructions. Xperia Companion will tell you when and how to connect your phone to your computer. For more information on software repairs and how to do it, click here.
