System does not respond

System yanit vermiyor uyarısı alıyorum. Telefon çok kasiliyor. Fabrika ayarlarına donus yaptim düzelme olmadı. 

I am receiving a warning that the system does not respond. The phone is very tight. I've changed to factory settings, but no improvement.

As you have already done a factory reset, you can try and perform a software repair using Xperia Companion. This is a bit different from a factory reset as it will also reinstall the latest available software in the device.

As always when resetting the device, all data stored on the internal storage will be deleted, but you can create a backup using the same program.
