Hi, I used to play with the phone and found by accident the information when the phone was purchased and from when to when the warranty applies. It was somewhere on the phone system. Now I need it and I can not find it, will someone help me?

Hi @Daniel66, welcome to our forum!

In an earlier version of the Support application, the date for when the warranty ended was displayed, however it's not available in this application any longer.

Keep in mind that the date on your receipt will always be the date from when the warranty started and then depending on your market, it will be available for 12 or 24 months from this date.

You will also need the receipt and in some markets, the warranty card, to have your device serviced in warranty.
