Xperia XA dual force shutdown no vibration

I brought my wife a Xperia XA dual, there is one time the phone auto heat up without running apps, i try use force shutdown (power button + volume up) and restart. I found that the phone take longer time to force shutdown and no vibration indicating the phone shutdown. I tested my Xperia XZ work normally as in user guide vibrate once then 3 times.

Perhaps background apps are causing issues? either or what if you test the phone in >>> safe mode

I tested again for force shutdown / restart, this time i hold the power button longer. about 10 seconds, the sereen off, about additional 3 or more seconds only hv 1st vibration and follow by 3 times vibration. My Xperia XZ just use about 5 seconds screen already off, this make me judge Xperia XA  force shutdown have issue. Sorry for false issue because of the longer time 10 seconds needed.
