  sir,

       i bought xperia xa(f6113) on 01/02/2017

                 if the phone charged to 100% it automatically restarted and shows android is starting bud it does npt works after 5 min screen is lined and shows sony logo in centred

I'm so sorry to hear about your new phone!

It undeniably sounds like something isn't fully functional in your device. 

I would recommend that you start by performing a software repair using Xperia Companion on your device. Note that this will reset the phone but considering that it appears unable to complete the booting process a backup does not seem possible I'm afraid.
