Accidentally made a sharing option permanent

Hello!

I was about to send an image from my Z1 to my e-mail, when as usual the phone asked if I always wanted to Share using gmail, or only  this once. I then accidentally tapped "Always", so now I can't use the Share option to share my pictures, for example, in Twitter.

How do you get the sharing options available again?

Settings-apps-all-search for the app and clear defaults.

If this does not help,when you are in all section,tap on 3 dots (settings) and select reset app preferences.
