I using Transfer Mobile and after some problems to connect, I can't select the option

for photos, music or videos....???

what ist wrong???

the Arc S have the Android-Version 4.0.4

connect both phones to your PC > open two folders 

computer > xperia arc/Z1 > internal storage > DCIM > copy paste
