I have my phone since 3 months only and since yesterday the screen turns black but the phone is still powered on.
I've tried the Off swtich procedure by removing the back cover, and push the off button
THe phone restarts but screen is still black
I've tried to connect using Sony PC COmpanion, and firmare update, but I received an error message (could not access to mobile) as mobile needs to unlock the PIN code.. but how to do it with a blck screen??
PLease help, i don't have phone since 2 days , and I don't know what to do, as it's brand new and should be under waranty (bought on online market place).
