There is something terrible wrong with support from Sony.
I send an email with a question to them.
I got a 'message received' reply, and the promise that an answer would be sent in 24 hours.
It took them a week to send me a answer in the form of computer generated nonsense.
The answer had nothing to do with the question.
I had to phone them again and got somebody who knew hardly anything of the subject.
He hardly understood what i was talking about.
This is the worst support i ever got, and it wasn't the first time by Sony.
What's happening there?
Doesn't anybody there doing his /her job anymore?

It's not only about getting the right information (i got it elsewhere) , but about the way Sony treats their customers.
If you don't respect the same people that buy your products, why would these people buy your products anymore?
Sony is not the Sony i remember from the old days.
It's all about the money now!
