Hi, can anybody confirm to see a similar problem ?
I have connected a bluetooth mouse and a bluetooth keyboard to the Z Tablet.
My Wifi seems to have then interferences and can not get data in or out even if the signal strength is on full bars.
When I switch off my Bluetooth devices the WIFI is back on right away.
Also just one Bluetooth device is causing the problem however it looks to me as not as severe.
It's back with me too. Just updated to 4.3 and am having a hard time using a bt keyboard while on wifi. Happens in different apps. I cant pin it down...
I've just updated my Xperia Z tablet and am now getting these issues. Wireless cuts out when I connect to my Bluetooth audio! It seems I can't use both at the same time and I use my Bluetooth for audio all the time for speakers/headphones via my PC Blutooth.
It was fine with 4.2.2 but not since I upgraded today to 4.3.
This is very important to me, has anyone found a solution for this?
I wish I can go back to 4.2.2 until this is sorted out.
I must admit i've had it with sony
With all the rubbish i have put up with with the Smartwatches i for some reason purchased one of these tablets and now i find i cant use Bluetooth and Wifi at the same time.
That itself would not be too much of an issue if Sony would actually admit to the issue and try to fix it
Are sony trying to drive us away from their products ? , its pathetic
My Sony Xperia Z (Android 4.3) is the only item in which I can use all my 3 wireless devices... Logitech Bluetooth Keyboard K810, Logitech Ultrathin Bluetooth Mouse T630 and wifi.
To the contrary, my 3 wireless devices will NOT work with Nexus 7 (Android 4.4.2, 2012 release) and Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 (Android 4.1.2).
On a somewhat related note, this same Sony Xperia Z will disconnect from wifi whenever I connect it to my Netgear Miracast receiver, making it frustrating, because one of the "Wi-Fi Certified" requirements is supposedly to be able to connect to multiple wifi networks simultaneously.
Hi all,
thanks for your feedback, I have not an issue since the 4.2.2 upgrade .
So I will stay away from the 4.3 upgrade because I do use an external Keyboard quite often and need my WIFI in parallel.
Since 4.2.2 I am again a happy Xperia Tablet user, so I do not want to risk to break it again.
Please keep us posted if there is a solution.
Has anyone got their issue solved now? My tablet was doing fine with my bluetooth keyboard connected previously until I updated my tablet Z to the lastest firmware 4.4.4; and now my WiFi keeps dropping whenever my keyboard is connected. And this is so annoying!!!
Sony, did you try to address this issue?

I clear cached data under storage and everything work good so far
