Forgot Pattern lock

Hi, 

I recently i bought Sony Xperia E3 Dual. I was able to put a screen pattern lock. Now I am not able to recall my pattern. How to restore my phone.

Help Anyone Fast!!

You may need to perform a software repair using PC companion.The process will erase all internal memory.You might need to charge your device for about 1-2 hours before so the device has at least 60% battery.

Make sure the device is not connected to computer or laptop and turned off (sometimes you have to press power button and volume up until the device vibrates 3 times or on some devices you have to press the small button near the SIM tray or on the back of the device).

Open PC companion->support zone->phone/tablet software update->repair my phone/tablet blue highlighted.Follow the steps given,do not connect your phone until prompted to press volume down while plugging USB cable.

Thank You Sir, but i want to tell you that when i opened PC Companion and connected me phone it was displaying a message that PC Companion cannot access your memory. Make sure that your SIM is inserted and screen is unlocked.

Turn off the device and connect when you are prompted.

I have given you the walkthrough in the upper post.Yes,make sure you have charged it for about 1 hour.

I have downloaded PC campanion and slected Support Zone now i clicked on Phone/Tablet software update and is asking to connect phone.  So now i have to connect my phone?

Yes,make sure it is off and charged to at least 60%.You will need to connect holding volume down button when prompted.

Yes,turn it off.Start the procedure in Pc companion and follow the steps.
