Hello my xperia E1has 2 MG of intern memory but before was an opcion for move the apps to the external memory but now it is gone ut just images music so what can i do because im getting without memory because of that why i cant listen to música when the música is in the external memory thanks

This is no longer supported by Android, in other words to be able to move the apps to the SD card you will have to root your phone and install an app (apps2sd)

And root my phone is save or theres some dangers?

It should be fine but do NOT unlock the bootloader

There might be an issue with your SD card, can you access the music files? which format are the music files?
