This my replacement(new) SM2 smartwatch and have charging problems. It initially charged ok and now it wont charge past 45% from zero. I am using correct USB to laptop connection and USB cable. This was the same problem I had with the origianal. Did hard restart /rest but on luck. Do see the battery icon with the lightning bolt.But not the battery icon showing the % charge .
