Im already try safemode and it still happen

Is there any way to fix this with out reset the phone. And if not why its happen?

Im using rooted 4.3 but I work normally for a long time I dont thing rooting isnt the reason

Rooting could be the issue - It depends on wether you modified the kernal with like a Doom kernal or deleted or froze a system file needed for the phone to work

The only reason i root is to use freedom. And I tried to use repair from pc companion and it doesnt seem to solve the problem

Repair function will not work as modified software will be detected or you will receive an error code - To performa repair you need to use Flashtools and a .ftf firmware file
