My Z1 Camera will not store pictures direct to SD card since last update to 4.4.4 i can only select internal storage to save photo's the SD selection says Cannot save i've done a complete reset to reinstall software still the same ?

I suspect a defective microSD card.Does it work fine?

Works ok for everything else 64GB really fast Sandisk not cheap crap can't understand it all ok until update from Sony

You could try to reformat the card in your device.

thanks but too much stuff on card to format it. i look like using long winded way of moving photo's from internal storage after they have been taken to SD roll on to my contract renewal then i can revert back to Samsung i had no probs with them

It could be something like the app been denied write access so all I can advise is that once you have taken images then to move these to Sd

Boot in safe mode and try to change the directory.
