gray spots on my xperia xz premium display

I have 2 gray spots on my xperia xz premium display right edge beside the volume control bottons & I'm worry that may grow up & it make any white screen looks very annoyingbut the touch screen work fine & every thing else work fine i think , so how to solve this ?
