Is it possible to recalibrate the proximity captor?

Hello.
I'm the owner of a wonderful XZ and in order to protect it, I use a protection glass. When I call someone, I can't use the virtual keyboard because the screen stay black. There is no problems whit the captor (I checked it whit diagnostic). So is it possible to recalibrate the captor?

No, try getting a glass protector that doesn't cover the detector.

I think there is no glass wich doesn't cover the detector because my glass is designed for XZ. I will find a solution.
