Move app and pictures to SDCard

I changed my phone from Z5 to XZ1 and I'm very disappointed as now
- I cannot move apps to SDcards
- All the photos from apps aren't even moved by the option "move pics to sdcard". For example it leaves all pics from Whatsapp on internal storage

This is really disappointing as these features are still existing on other android phones on Oreo, and my local storage is almost full after the change while my sdcard is almost empty!!!
How can these two feature be activated again?

And of course I contacted the support from Sony which seems to be a joke. People either sending me procedures for previous phone, or to do something else....
