Recently i went to sony service center with the following issue"-
My screen get popping up they told me that issue with the rear panel (rectangle panel arounf the phone) they told me to replace i said ok after 2 days they called me and told that along with the rear panel battery should be replaced actually i dont have any issue with the battery my phone battery is 1000% perfect i aske them like why i need to replace my phone battery when it is in ultimate condition.
Answer from them:-
While changing the rear panel battery need to be replaced that is mandatory in company. y emans when they remove the panel gum which is inside attached to the battery will come out so for the gum issue you need to change the battery they told my question is putting 2 r 3 drop if gum to the battery back can attach to the panel.
can any one tell me is it answer is genune are not do we need to change the battery along with the rear panel or not (rear panel means which is surrounder aound the phone not the back case)
I need your assistance.
