Google Play Services Icon Gone

I am on a Sony Xperia Z3 Compact, Android phone.

My phone was being really sluggish earlier, so I turned it off and on again, and now the Google Play Services icon, has disappeared, as well as access to
Google Services like YouTube, and Google.

I've tried Enabling any Disabled apps, by the resetting all app permissions thing, etc - as per some Googled info, all to no avail .

Any ideas? The icon is still in the apps list, it's just the enable/disable/force stop buttons are greyed out.

I haven't been able to replicate this with an Xperia Z3, could you boot in >>> safe mode and check again, if you can't see them while in Safe mode, then you might want to repair the phone with Xperia Companion.
