I have a bit of a problem. When I open the messaging app to read messages, for some reason only one specific contact's messages can't be opened. When I click on the contact to open received messages, immidiately get a pop up that states "SORRY MESSAGE APP STOPPED WORKING" with OK on the bottom to click. When I click OK I exit the app entirely. Also I can't send messages via the app without getting the same notification pop up. But all myother contact's messages can be accessed with out that happening. I do have True Caller installed but there in the messages, the messages of the contact in my Message App aint there at all like all my other messages even spammed and blocked messages are. Problem started on the 15/11/2019. I urgently need the problem/error to be fixed/resolved as the contact is a Client of the Company I work for and it is important to be able to access and read the messages before 18/11/2019. I've gone through all my settings and everything is still like I set it up. The contact also have not been blocked or anything at all that I can see. I restarted, turned phone off for a while, removed and replaced sim card, pressed the reboot button the works. I even checked to maybe update the app but don't need to. Strange thing is that it is only the one contact, no others or even messages from numbers not stored on my device or sim, or promotional and service provider sms's. My Message App is my Default App from the beginning and I did not changed it to True Caller's Messages as default at all....Please help before this might just either cause trouble with the Client or even cost me my employment.
