Problem with Messenger Stickers (Z5 Compact)

Hi there, I have Z5 compact for 2 months and generally I am very satisfied. However I have a small problem with messenger.

I can't read some stickers that I send or I receive from a friend. I make many refreshes or even restart but i cannot read them. (In my desktop I can see them normally). The situation is like that:

which app are you using? could you upload the pictures to box or dropbox or drive and post the link here as I can't see them until they are approved by a moderator.

Of course Uliwooly. And thanks for your answer. I always use the official messenger application.

From a cross check that I did now from my desktop, I realized that I cannot read moving stickers (eg. moving Minions or moving Biscuit) but not all of moving stickers. Some moving stickers I can see them normally....

Ok so its the Facebook messenger, there's not much to suggest here, you can try this 

settings > apps > all > messenger > clear data > restart the phone > check again

but you might have to contact the app developers (facebook regarding this)
