Hello and welcome to the forum @SenatorPC!
I'm sorry to hear about your Xperia Z Ultra.
It sure sounds strange that this is happening if you do not have a SIM-card in your phone.
How often does this message appear? Does it happen directly when you start up the phone or can it appear randomly?
Is there any change if you completely remove the SIM-tray from your phone?
Could you try rebooting your phone to safe mode? This will temporarily disable all of your downloaded applications, this way we can rule out if one of these are the cause for what you are experiencing. Are these restarts still occurring?
Let me know how it goes!

I see. In that case it's not impossible that this is related to hardware rather than software, in order to rule that out I would advise you to perform a software repair using Xperia Companion using a computer.
Do note that this will reset your phone and it's important to make backup first, I'd say that the best way to proceed with creating a backup is directly in Xperia Companion using the Backup option found on the main menu once the program is installed.
Should a software repair not help with sorting this out I would advise that you have your phone sent to one of our authorized service centres. Warranty and service procedures vary from market to market so for further information on how to proceed I would recommend that you contact your Local support team.
I understand that sending away your phone is never fun, in this case it might however be necessary in order to repair your device. Keep me posted!
