In stock e-mail app I have notification on the icon for 1 unread e-mail, although there is none.

The e-mail account is POP3, I already checked the webmail, there is no unread e-mail or junk, but the notification on the icon is still there and is annoying.

Any ideas, except clear data/factory reset/repair with PCC/SUS, on how to remove it? As I understood, for Samsung phones it was solved clearing the cache for Badge provider app in All apps.

Thanks,

Will Sony replace the anti-shatter film in case it got scratched for a reasonable cost?

Otherwise I do not get the logic behind using a scratch resistant glass to cover it with an easy scratchable surface. For the end user the resulting quality is allways worse than a standard gorilla glass or equivalent. Even from a cost efficient perspective it does not make sense.

It seems the ASF film cannot be replaced, you can remove it and put other screen protector above.

At least I have been able to inmeatly place another protector on top of it just 3 days after purchase before it had time to get scratched. The fix for the fix... Also is it me or the ASF atracts dust as a **bleep**? It seemed taken out of a workshop before I placed the screen protector over it.

When I got my Z1,I had a screen protector at hand and applied it right away.Otherway,it will catch scratches(the ASF).

I cannot get my Z1 compact into safe mode. I hold the power button once to bring the power off menu and when I try to pus and hold it again it either locks the phone or calls up the same menu again. Please help.

Managed to get into safe mode but I get an error saying "Unfortunately  Xperia Home has stopped" which then reboots the device into normal mode.
