Wifi and bluetooth won't turn on

Wifi and bluetooth won't turn on after I disable airplane mode after I woke up

I already tried rebooting, safe mode and factory reset but it still doesn't fix it

Any resolution?

My 2Month old xperiaZ2 cannot turn on Wifi and bleutooth. I tried to factory reset and update and repair using PC Companion still nothing changed. I cheked from diagnostic tools that buildin from SONY the status of wifi and bluetooth its tested and no error...

The issue just started when i woke up in the morning...the previous night everything ws working well.

I contacted the Xperia supportand they sent me steps to folow in reseting and software repair.... of which i did everything... but still they are not powering on!

when i use the diagnostic test the bluetooth its tested ok... but there is 2 Apps not responding:
1. bluetooth share
2. system UI
 

Where can I take it for Repairs in Kenya?

well i had that problem i done everything then i sqeezed the top the the phone at anger and the bluetooth started working again i dont know if that would sort your issue out

I now have same problem. Wifi has stopped working but when I run tests phone say it is fine. I have also lost Bluetooth which I need for my hands free. 

Over the past month or so, following a big update, I also have to remain in stamina mode or I get no more than around four hours of battery life. 

This is yet another Sony device I have had issues with and zero support from Sony unless I hand them more cash. 

I am going to get a new handset, it will not be a Sony, nor will any other product I purchase in the future.

I'm having a similar problem, where wifi, bluetooth and the FM radio app don't work, but texting, calls and mobile data all work just fine (I'm sure the carriers just love this.) Has anyone fixed this problem by running the PCC repair? I'm currently running it, but I'm not holding my breath

yeah ive had similar sudden death  happen to me. ive had it cut off and now i know if i leave it for 1-3 days on the charger eventually it goes back to normal, u just dont have a phone for half a week. now my bluetooth and wifi is not turning on exactly like everyone else in this threads, so i guess its another thing, if im lucky, it will mabey work half the time, which is bad because i listen to poscasts and german rap music all day long with expensive bluetooth headphones while walking the dogs. ive paid good  money to listen to 187 strassenbande so im disapointed that sonysworkmanship is messing with me getting my rocks off on my downtime. ive had several experias and my contract has been up for a bit so i can get a new phone for free, i was waiting for the inevitable break to happen, i guess the time is now.if anyone knows a solid reliable phone thats not sony please hit me up. ps the xperia aqua is not the least bit water resistant, the normal xperias seemed to handle a little rain better....

I just dont know where to start.

I regret buying a Sony so much, i just wish that i threw my money directly to garbage instead make Sony earn a dollar! Right after i bought my M5 Aqua, its found that the mainboard had a fatal issue, they needed to change it by warranty.

Later they needed to change microphone and battery too. Also got trouble like "green screen" on videos everytime - fixed it on my own.

Now its 2 years and warranty ended, and what?

I wake up to see a stupid wifi and bluetooth issue on my phone out of nowhere!

And there's absolutely no solution with it, they just say "send it to a technician". Oh okay, so clever, i'll give money to a technician because sony can't put a compatible hardware with the software on a device!

Wake up Sony, your customers living the same problem, as you can see it's not a problem because of usage.

I'll never ever buy a sony again, and will warn anybody even comes close to buy a sony.
