Hi, a yellow line has appeared in the top right hand corner of my screen. It is approx 20mm long and about 3mm wide. It is not a straight line. I want to send it off to Sony for repair under warranty but don't want them to use the excuse that the phone has been dropped as thats what was implied when i spoke to customer support. The phone has never been dropped or had a bang. I have tried the Software reset. Any advise would be appreciated. Thanks.
Had the same issue. Use only for two month. Go to local service center. To replace new screen they ask me to pay for RM700. For the new screen. Z3 user.
