Z5 turn off when the battery is 20%

Hi everybody

I have a Z5 which turns off automatically when the battery is 20%, I've checked in setting the battery's health is good. I always put my on the pilot mode or I turn it off while it is charging.

It's got a little bit hot and turn off.

I should say too before installing Instagram, the phone showed me it'll take 2days but after installing and uninstalling it doesn't show anymore!

Hello all,

Similarly to the original poster, my Xperia Z5 of 3+ years began to shut down before the power reached 0% (~ 13 - 20%) when using battery consuming apps like whatsapp video call. This has now progressed to automatic shut downs at 60 - 90% battery life. I havent managed to factory reset or repair software yet, but does anyone know of a sure fix for this issue?
