I bought a videocamera HDR-SR 11 and the screen does not respond to touch. The big problem is that I cannot view or download my movies.

What should I do ?

Your information is a bit limited. You open your LDS screen on your camera and nothing happens? Are you getting any signal on your camera when switched on?.

In general you need to set up your camera with your computer and use the appropriate software.
