HT ST 5000

SONY HT ST 5000 in the "HDMI Signal Format" setting I turned on"enhanced" instead of standard but when I pressed "display" to get the info up, it wouldn't work? When I turned it back to "standard", display worked, is this a bug or something else?

Hi again @Kobe-1 - please can you make sure you have selected "enhanced" on both the ST5000 and the TV, as well as ensuring the HDMI cable is 18GBps compatible?

You can't, it's a bug and needs fixing?

"For some stupid reason you can't. Overlay is not working when HDMI is set to enhanced and fed with the high bandwidth signal and for some stupid reason the display on the bar says nothing either.
The only way you can check it is to downgrade your HDMI settings to standard, check if Atmos is played correctly then reenable enhanced settings again"

I hope it gets sorted soon.

I'm sure they are link https://www.amazon.co.uk/CSL-Ethernet-multiple-shielding-compliant/dp/B01K1WU114/ref=sr_1_8?s=electr...

Are these ones 18Gbps compatible?

It would be best to check with the seller or manufacturer to be certain.

If you are still experiencing issues, I recommend getting in touch with Support so they can assist you (details here).
