M4 Ram issue, shows only 883 MB...

Hi, My m4 after update to andro 6 shows only 883 MB Ram... it has 2 GB Ram memory, why is not the whole memory working? Its not all, my front camera is not working and the system is working really slow... I allready have repaired my smartphone via Xperia Center but the issue still occures. Don't write to me that I should go to the local servis, because that is the last thing that I will do. There must be any solution...

My issues with this mobile started just with the signal problem, have been looking for a solution ever since and the phone only gets worst. If my warranty is still on time i will demand for an equipment change, if not i am going to try and flash i with a custom rom since sony seems uncapable of fixing this issue, not going to buy a sony cellphone ever again....

Does anybody know the warranty period? Currently bought a Lenovo k5 and seems to be out performing the Sony. Refurbished from Lenovo on Amazon for £105. Bargain.

coz Marshmallow take 1gb ram also android system 4.3gb.

My Xperia m4 aqua shows only 883 mb of ram after upgrading to Marshmallow 6.0.1. Phone hangs too much. They told me that it's component problem. I think Sony make me fool as my phone never fallen down and I never installed unauthorized app. I visited Xperia care and also contacted Xperia toll-free. They told me that to change motherboard which cost me about 8.000 Indian Rupee. I think Sony cheated me. Help me to solve this problem as soon as possible

Did u reset format after update android Marshmallow..??
Also new firmware from Sony to fix bugs issue, speed
& performance for Xperia M4 Aqua..

The only fix appears to be hardware replacement which is what Sony did for my phone (it was still under warranty).

Actually I tried to repair Software after update. But it didn't help. And no one have a proper solution of this problem. BH06, DOES YOUR PHONE WORK WELL AFTER H/W REPLACEMENT???? Actually hiw it's possible of component fail????

I have the same problem : M4 aqua dual very slow, blue screens, 883 MB RAM available, no front camera. No solution at the moment? I will order a new phone and it will NOT be a Sony...

Hey... Anyone got solution????? Where is sony xperia support????? We didnt get proper solution. Give solution as soon as possible.
