forgotten pin for screen

I changed my passowrd and i can't remember what to, i've tried to use pc companion and the other update service, but i keeep on getting and 'insufficent charge' message, and i've heard that there should be a forgotten password button but there isn't one, I've also tried typing in my IMEI code  nothing seems to work please help!

you have 2 options

1) keep trying

or

2) reset your phone with SUS, you will lose your sms, mms, call logs and contacts

HI If you have forgot the password or pin there should be an option to reset it using Google account username and password that you have registered the phone with. This Needs the phone to be on and connected to the internet for the validation to work.

All your apps and info will still be there on the phone

Steps to unlock

Try to enter the passcode or pattern 3 to 5 times

You will have an option to choose "Next or Retry"

Choose Next and you have 2 options. Secret quiestion if you remember the answer or the google account (Internet required 3G or Wifi connected)

And you have the phone unlocked and you can change the password or pin number
