Help..Help..Help... Sony Xperia S Charging Problem

Hi...
      I have a Problem with my Xperia S..When i Charging the mobile..My Mobile NETWORK is DISCONENCTED.

and when i am SWITCH OFF the MOBILE.. It's show BATTERY METER & ORANGE LIGHT(NEAR SENSORS) CONTINUOUSLY ON.

Check if this can be cured by doing a software reinstall using SUS.
