LInes from screen and lost font when 1 mobile software updated

I can't write myanmar (burmese) font when 1 mobile software updated. And when I touch the screen ,it appear color line (drag line but when I move other face , It disappear and new line appear.Please help me ,I want to write myanmar font and want to remove line .

go to settings>developers tools> untick all

There is no myanmar (burmese)language in sony, I will reinput in mobile .Thanks for advice
