I dont know if the update process has finished...

you have to wait for the update to  be approved and released in your country.

you are not going to find that answer here or anywhere else, you have 2 options

1) wait

or

2) manually update your phone

if your phone is or was locked to a carrier/network branded, contact them as it is up to them to approve and release the update.
