Strange clock has appeared on my phone

DSCF0693.jpg

Yesterday I must have touched something on my phone and now this is what the screen looks like - this appears after about a minute of the phone being inactive. It still receives texts and calls okay, but to get away from this screen, I have to drag the lower circle to the right. The play, fast forward and rewind icons do nothing. What is this and how can I revert to my normal screen. I prefer the normal screen as it has easier access to my phone book, texts etc. Plus, this screen appears to be affecting the screen orientation function. Thanks for any clues as to what I have done and how I can undo it.

you probably added a new app, open your app drawer and sort them tap on the AZarrow on the bottom left -> Recently installed and see if there's any new music player
