Cant get video and music ect via internet???

Hi all,

I have a sony kdl-40w5500,

Tonight I have been trying to set up the intermet connection, that seems to have worked and the network test was ok, but when I went to the home menu, there is no youtube, i player and so on. Should these apear or is there more to do to get these functions working??

Simply this model doesn't feature video services unfortunately as it was a 2010 line-up addition. Easiest way to add them would be to get an SMP-N100 netbox (assuming you don't want to replace your TV or get a Blu-ray player)

All the Blu-ray players feature BRAVIA Internet Video, one of the main reasons you'd buy the SMP-N100.
