Good evening
Am I the only person that is having issues when trying to watch Netflix's on my tv
Whether I use the Netflix button or through apps I log in select the programme it
starts to load then the whole thing crash to a black screen
If I do the same process about 20 times it works
I've tried factory reset, checked software,
never had an issue until about 8 weeks ago and now it's every time!!!

When it crashes, does it buffer the video to about 25% by any chance?

the buffer does come up it goes 1% then up to 99% the programme starts then it's crashes
I have a 2 Samsung up stairs and they work fine so I know it's not Netflix's or the internet 😞

No still have no solutions it's getting a pain to watch Netflix on my Sony
The lastest is the Netflix button on the remote does work now
I have to go to home and select the Netflix app to enter then it keeps crashing
Sony haven't been very helpful so I doubt I'll be getting another one in the near future

In regards to Netflix - can you please try this potential work-around: Before starting to play any TV show or movie within Netflix, can you wait about 1 to 2 minutes.
Please reply back if this works or not?

First set tv to HDMI1, then open the menu and start Netflix.
