Help me to get a decision please!

Hello,

I want to buy the Sony store a phone headset. The big problem is that I got 2 choices but not sure which one to buy and I need your experience. I am interested let me know which of the two pairs of headphones mentioned below, louder and provides a deeper bass? Except the price of each.

I noticed that the MDR-ZX110Na is 110dB, neodymium magnet, although not understand what he meant to specifications "110 dB / mW - off 115 dB / mW - on."

MDR-XB450 And the model is 102db. I do not care other functions than the strict power. I hope to help me and enlightened me in this issue. Sorry for bad english.

Hi there

I honestly couldnt tell you im afraid.  However, I guess the one labeled extra bass has to be labelled that for a reason

I do have 2 suggestions though:

1. You could visit your local Sony Centre and get them do demonstrate both headphones for you - listening to each one.
2. This one is a little cheeky, but you could actually purchase BOTH sets of headphones (Amazon lists them as £34 to £38 each depending on which one).  So they arnt exactly going to hurt a budget. Give them a test out at home, and then send back to Amazon (or other retailer) the pair that you dont want, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations (right to cancel order upto 14 days from receiveing product.  See : HERE for what this means).  Just keep all packaging in orginal condition.
