Xperia x not compatible with Xperia keyboard?

When I try to download Xperia keyboard to my Sony Xperia x is say "your device is not compatible with this edition"

That's odd, I'm using it fine.

When I bought my device it had already the keyboard.. Then, 2 weeks later I restore to default the device and Xperia keyboard had disappeared.

I went to playstore to downloaded it but when I search for "Xperia keyboard" it doesn't appear.

So I asked from my brother that he has Xperia z1 to share the Xperia keyboard from playstore to me.

But when I open the share link, it open to playstore and says that my device is not compatible with this edition.

If I tell you my e mail can u share your Xperia keyboard app from playstore?

I'm confused a little as I thought x came with swiftkey?
However. You can search for Xperia keyboard apk and install the latest one from an apk mirror site...

Look when I bought Xperia x it came with swiftkey and Xperia keyboard. Then I restore the device to default settings and there was only swiftkey.. Anyway I will download the apk

But it strange that I have the latest Sony device and I can't download the Xperia keyboard that I used so many years

It is strange that they switched to SwiftKey, I prefer the Sony Keyboard!

Anyone knows why the switch?

The stock Xperia keyboard app is actually based on swiftkkeys. Try apk mirror under Sony mobile communications they have all sonys stock apps listed for download

Got a xa today and it has come with Swiftkey and a Chinese keyboard i was the Sony one,itz saying my device isn't compa with it, how can I get it ? I dony want this keyboard i cNt use it
