Safe mode

My phone is displaying safe mode and I can't use most of my apps. How do I get it off.

Hi @Debbiecam, welcome to our forum!

To exit safe mode, simply restart your device as you would normally do and your downloaded applications will be loaded in the normal mode.

If you end up in safe mode again after the device has been rebooted, make sure that the volume down button is not pressed during the start-up of the device, as this will result in the device restarting in this mode.
