I bought my phone in Brazil, it's a Xperia E dual, then I moved to Canada(Toronto) I tryed to use a Wind mobile SIM but the phone can't connect to the network. Why is that?
You phone is either SIM locked meaning other network sim cards won't work or your phone is country locked and so won't work outside the country it was intended for use in or the base bands aren't the same ie: the frequency the networks use
