I own a Xperia Arc Lt15 and it's stuck on 2.3.4

I checked the Sony website and it says the latest software is 4.1.B.0.587 released on 8/16/2013

Is there any way to upgrade to Android 4.0?

Any help is appreciated.

Have you tried to update your phone using PC Companion or Update Service?

Yes. I've tried that. It says no update available.

Then it might be so that the software haven't come to your unit and region/market. I suggest that you contact your local support for more information:

Hi Alexander,

I have followed all the instructions in the PC companion and an update for my device, XPERIA ARC LT15 was detected. When I press Support Zone New I get this message, "The application could not start, Some components needed to start this application are missing, please try again later"

Please assist me. I really need the software update.

Since. The day I update my Sony Xperia T my phone just started switch on and off everytime when the battery is at 60% before the update my phone is working normal please help
