Can't answer call by swiping green button

Hi.

After 6.0.1 update I can't answer call in most occurences. I swap green button, green/red buttons dissappears and phone still ringing. At this time I can't do anything. I only have to wait to stop ringing. Then I have missing call. When I call back, everything is ok.

How to fix it?

Hi,

I had the same problem with my Z3 dual and now with a Z5 dual. Everyday it occurs and only a reboot fix it.

This is my work phone and I need to answer work calls. The high price of the phone is incompatible with this kind of problem.

With great regret, i am going to swith to other brand, or maybe an iPhone. My wife never had this type of problem. This is unbelievable.

This may happen if you are using a Dual SIM device. This is a known issue that will be corrected in upcoming software in Android™ 7.0. Until the issue has been fixed, a workaround is to restart the device when the issue occurs.

It's happens just for SIM1. I haved replaced SIM1 & SIM2 but always the problem belong to SIM1.

What about users of older phones like Xperia Z3 or Z2? They will not get 7.0 update...

I have also the same problem with my Z3 Dual, and it would be better for me to get back Android 5.1 and use my phone normally.

I have the same problem with my Z3 Dual - I cannot receive calls by swiping the green button (since last android update) - I'm tired of losing calls.

When Sony will answer us? I use my phone professionally, so I cannot wait much more.

Should we change our phone brand in the future?

I have sony xperia xa1 plus

after updating to android 8 this problem also ocurres for me

I swip green icon to red icon for answering phone but phone is not answered and all the icons at the buttom disaperas

and at the end I have missed calls

I repaired by using pc companion but after 3 weeks it started to show issue again

I use the innovative method for answering when this problem occurs

when it  happens I drop down notification bar and tap on setting icon then it requires screen pass I insert pass and again drop down notification bar

the secont answering interface shown just tap on answer for replying

How do I answer my Sony Expedia phone I do not have a green phone icon
