Hi.

After 6.0.1 update I can't answer call in most occurences. I swap green button, green/red buttons dissappears and phone still ringing. At this time I can't do anything. I only have to wait to stop ringing. Then I have missing call. When I call back, everything is ok.

How to fix it?

No use app. no download new app. for example yesterday I restore software with Xperia companion. within 2 hours smartphone restored, after whis he is reboot and worked normally, but after a call to the SIM 1 when the phone is in standby mode, the problem was start again.

In this case it would be best to let a technician have a look at it at an authorized service center I'm afraid.

Thank you all so much for your responses...
For my device, i tried to repair using sony companion, but this couldn't work.
I switched the two sim cards before two days, since 8 Nov. I faced the problem one time.
I hope we can find a solution for this issue

Hi again @Sari, did you have the opportunity to test with a different SD card yet? I can see that you wrote to me that you would try doing so on the previous page, if you had the chance to try that, what was the result?

I can't anser call when I swip green phone logo screen nothing happen!

i have to switch to another program then scroll down notification and then choose Answer.

it happens randomly.

android version is 6.0.1

I have received a few bug reports already which I've forwarded internally so at the moment I don't need more. Thanks for offering though, much appreciated! I'm afraid I don't have any news regarding this though.

I have the same problem on Z3 dual . I can't answer calls randomly. I am swiping the green phone but cant answer the call. The display freezes and I have to restart the phone using the power button and the volume up button. Did software repair and reinstall also safe mode but same problem persist. Random calls.
