Hi @Dosia!

If you pay for the subscription every month, it is the company that you pay the bill to that is your carrier/operator.

You can also drag down the status bar and see the name of the network you are connected to in the top right corner. Keep in mind that this will not 100% tell you which operator you may have since some operators may use another operators network.

If it says powered by Android you are in the start-up of the Android system. The operator will only be displayed in the quick settings when you have an active network connection with your operator.

I was under the impression that you had a working SIM card in the device now and could check this and you wanted to know your current operator, sorry for that.

It's only the operator that locked the device that can unlock it so you will need to try and figure this out. May be you have some old invoice where the name of the operator is shown.
