Soft Skin effect

This won't turn off. Tried front and back cameras. Tried disabling enabling all settings. Tried force stop camera app in Apps list, clearing data, restart.
Even installed Google's camera app and these photos get processed too!

Extremely frustrated and now thinking of refund

Why is Sony completely ignoring the biggest camera glitch there is, the persistent soft skin effect? It doesn't matter if you turn it off the stock camera app (and in fact all other camera apps) STILL APPLIES THE EFFECT. This issue has been around almost a year and even though multiple software updates have been released Sony still hasn't fixed such a critical problem. This bug renders the camera COMPLETELY USELESS because it ruins your phots.

Why have these threads been ignored?

Fellow Z3 Compact owners if this issue annoys you (which I'm sure it does if you've ever used the camera) LEAVE FEEDBACK in this thread, this must get attention!

@Ensix

There's no need to create multiple threads on the same topic, I'll try to escalate this.

How is there no need if Sony keeps ignoring the issue? You'll "try" to escalate this? What's that supposed to mean?

There's been no official response from Sony regarding this issue even though all this time has passed and multiple threads have been created pertaining to this bug, does Sony even care?

I'm quite disappointed here. I have really liked this phone after being an Apple user for the last year. I have tried everything and always front camera photos look fake and like I had botox injections. I hate it.I'm starting to think it's a hardware issue as Sony does not help. Time to go to step two.

Has anyone here had luck using burst mode?

I just don't understand why noone from.Sony replies to this issue.. This is as puzzling as this thread itself!
