M5 camera issue!

Camera unstable when I press camera physical button from idie or lockscreen camera icon...sometime it will work, sometime no...hopefully next update will solve the problem...

are you certain that there aren't scraches on the camera lens nor anything near the camera like a protective case, film, etc?

No, there is nothing like this, i could notice. now i am awaiting for next sofware update then i´ll try to find somebody who is more adavnced than i am, to diagnose the problem.

Sorry i can't, i have a lot of tings to do, and i need a HD camera but what i get by SONY it's just a garbage.

I ve have a problem with back Camera. It's like below. I did factory reset two times. But It's same. Pls advise in this case.
Front camera is ok.
Error msg: Flashlight or camera may use by other app. Close and try again.

I have this phone for 7-8 months,

from the second day is cause me problems..

frirst the poweroff issue and you must plug it in power to restart the phone..

in the service they said it was all fine, but not really.

after hours of digging info in the internet found that the problem was the 2d generation battery and i ordered myself a new one from ebay 3rd generation battery replaced it by MY SELF and it literry fixed the issue.

after 8 month of use i can say the phone is buggy, slow, camera is not impresive at all, sound not impresive, it is NOT water proof.

and hey like from last week my camera doesnt work.

overall expirience - SONY smartphones? never again.
